HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM-8PM, CLOSED SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MAJOR HOLIDAYS
PLEASE RING BELL ON PORCH FOR APPOINTMENT SERVICES BEFORE 8AM AND AFTER 6PM
APPOINTMENTS: RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. THERE WILL BE NO FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OR SCHEDULING OF DOGGIE DAYCARE OUTSIDE OF THE STANDARD KENNEL OFFICE HOURS, MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-6PM AND SATURDAY 8AM-4PM
REGULAR RATES:
FULL DAY (OVER 6HOURS) = $37.50
HALF DAY (6HOURS OR LESS) = $25.00
PRE-PAID DISCOUNTS:
10 HALF DAYS PRE-PAID = $230 ($23.00 x DAY)
10 FULL DAYS PRE-PAID = $350 ($35.00 x DAY)
20 FULL DAYS PRE-PAID = $650 (32.50 x DAY)
*THERE ARE NO MULTI DOG RATES AT THIS TIME
EVALUATIONS: ALL OWNERS MUST GO THROUGH AN INTERVIEW AND ALL DOGS MUST HAVE A BEHAVIOR EVALUATION PRIOR TO ENTERING DOGGY DAYCARE. EVALUATIONS CAN BE SET UP BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11AM-3PM WITH THE KENNEL OFFICE.
DOGGIE DAYCARE CLIENT INFORMATION
Hollywood Dog Training School's Doggie Daycare will offer the highest level of supervision and monitoring of all dogs while in our care. There are inherent risks, however, that exist in a community environment which cannot always be foreseen or prevented. All pet owners will be responsible for any medical care that could arise from play or systemic conditions particular to their pet. Pet owners upon signing this agreement, will hold Hollywood Dog Training School's Doggie Daycare harmless to any medical condition and/or veterinarian care while their pet is in our care.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Dogs must exhibit social behavior to enter K9 daycare. Dogs who are aggressive or shy may not be accepted to the community.
2. All dogs must be at least 6months of age, spayed or neutered and be current on required shots.
3. All shots should be administered at least 1 week prior to the first day of doggy daycare. Required shots are: DHPP, Bordatella, & Rabies.
Please be a responsible member of our community. If you think your dog is showing signs of illness, please keep them at home.
FLEA POLICY
It is the policy of Hollywood Dog Training School that each dog owner is responsible for providing flea control for their own pet. We highly recommend that each pet be given a topical flea treatment, such as Frontline or Advantage, according to the directions on the packaging. Hollywood Dog Training School is not responsible for pets that leave our facility with fleas. To help prevent a population of fleas from existing in our facility it is our policy that any pet found with fleas during their stay with us will receive a flea bath, at the owners expense.
