Vaccination Policy

We know you will understand and appreciate our need to enforce policies which assure our guests' safety. We reserve the right to refuse boarding, grooming or training services to any animal without current proof of required vaccinations or who appear to be too ill to be in a large animal community. Our current requirements are as follows:

Dogs:
DHLP
Parvo
Bordatella (Kennel Cough)
Rabies
Puppies up to one year
Dogs one year and older
Corona

Cats:
FVRCP

Feline Leukemia

Rabies

Annually
Annually
Annually

One-Year Vaccine
Every three years
Annually (not required at this time)

Annually (recommended twice yearly)
Annually (recommended but not required at this time)

Every three years for outside cats

All cats must receive any vaccines at least two weeks prior to any boarding stay. This will prevent possible lowering of the immune system during the boarding stay.

Deposit Policy:
Because of the popularity of our services during peak business months and holidays, a deposit for boarding may be required at the time of reservation. Deposits are refundable if we are given at least 72 hours notice of cancellation of your boarding reservation.

There will be a premium charge added to any
drop-offs or pick-ups outside of regular business hours
